Will the piece I receive look like what I ordered? Each piece is a unique one of a kind piece; you will receive the piece you ordered. However, please keep in mind that monitors can display colors differently; so there may be some color variation.

I really like the style/shape of a piece but not the color. Can I request it in a certain color? Yes, you can use our contact form or email us at ResinablyU@gmail.com to request the color and piece you are interested in.

How do custom projects work? Email us at ResinablyU@gmail.com about your idea. One of our artists will review it and contact you with a concept, answer and finalize the design. They will then provide a quote and lead time to complete the piece. When everything is agreed upon and finalized an invoice will be sent. When it is paid, the piece will be made and then shipped out upon completion.

What is your refund policy? For our custom orders we do not offer refunds as they were specifically designed by request. For pieces purchased though our site, we offer a 30 day exchange or store credit.

I love that you up-cycle / re-purpose old jewelry. Can I send you some? Of course! Email us at ResinablyU@gmail.com and we can coordinate. We will also happily offer you a discount off of your next order based on what you send us. Also if you have a piece of jewelry that you would like to freshen up, we can help with that.

Do you attend craft shows and festivals? We do! However due to the current COVID situation we are not currently scheduled for any at this time.
